Are you ready to explore a new way of bringing mindfulness into your life whilst also improving your swimming technique? Join me for a Mindful Swimming session and experience the calming power of movement, breath and water.

These sessions are designed for anyone over the age of 18 who wants to reduce stress, build confidence in the water and develop a deeper connection to their breath and movement. You don’t need to be a strong swimmer- just bring an open mind and a willingness to explore mindfulness in a new way.

What You Will Experience in a Session

  • Guided breathing exercises to calm your mind and body.

  • A group of like minded individuals and patient instructor to support you in your mindful swimming journey.

  • Gentle swimming techniques and movement to improve your confidence and ease in the water.

  • A relaxed, pressure-free environment to explore mindfulness and swimming.

  • Mindful floating, allowing the healing qualities of the water to work it’s magic.

  • An opportunity to take your practise further improving your speed and stamina whilst in a mindful state.

  • Life long knowledge and skills around mindfulness and swimming which you can take with you into your everyday life.

Date: Monday 7th April 2025

Time: 8:30pm- 9:45pm- allowing time for changing either side.
